Taiwanese consumer electronics company HTC has launched a mid-range smartphone — called HTC Desire 20+ — in its home country.

The smartphone has been launched in a single storage variant that has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and costs TWD 8,490 (roughly Rs 21,700). It can be purchased in two colour options — Dawn Orange and Twilight Black.

Running on Android 10 out of the box, the HTC Desire 20+ smartphone offers a display of 6.5-inch HD+ screen of 1600x720p resolution with a water drop notch.
The HTC Desire 20+ smartphone comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. On the storage front, the device offers 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. For those who want more, they can install a microSD card, even though the maximum capacity is not specified.
For imaging duties, the HTC Desire 20+ has a quad-camera setup on the back. The primary camera is a 48MP sensor (f/1.8 aperture). Along with this, it offers a 5MP sensor (f/2/2 aperture), a 2MP sensor (f/2.4 aperture) and a 5MP sensor(f/2.4 aperture). The rear camera setup offers dual LED flash and offers features like 4K video recording, auto HDR, recording of videos and photos at the same time. On the front, users get a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and beauty mode and auto HDR.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery, the HTC Desire 20+ comes with a power saving mode and Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging tech support.
Measuring 164.9 x 75.7 x 9.0 mm and weighing 203 grams, the smartphone offers Built-in GPS antenna, support AGPS, Beidou, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 as connectivity options.
