Outlook for Android has received another new important feature that gives users the ability to link their Google and Samsung Calendar for syncing events and meetings across devices. Microsoft Outlook is among the most feature rich mail apps available on the Android operating system, however, with the latest update Microsoft has added a couple more.
Microsoft has confirmed that the Outlook app for Android now comes with support for Google Calendar and Samsung Calendar app. Using this feature, users can not only view already created events, edit an existing one and check more details from these two calendar apps, but also create a new event from within the app and sync across the other calendars and access them from wherever they want.
The Outlook update is now available to download via Google Play Store and enable the calendar sync feature from the app settings.
Meanwhile, Microsoft recently added a couple of features to its web version of Outlook as well. These features include support for mobile web apps for Outlook, ability to RSVP meetings on mobile web version, voice command support, Read my emails feature and more.
