HMD Global, the company that has the license to manufacture and sell Nokia-banded handsets, has launched an entry-level smartphone — called Nokia C1 Plus — in the European market.

The smartphone has been launched in a single storage variant that has 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and costs EUR 69 (approximately Rs 6,200). It can be purchased in two colour options — Red and Blue.

Running on Android 10 (Go edition) out of the box, the Nokia C1 Plus smartphone offers a display of 5.45-inch HD+ screen of 18:9 display ratio.
The Nokia C1 Plus smartphone comes powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core MediaTek processor. On the storage front, the device offers 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. For those who want more, they can install a microSD card of up to 128GB
For imaging duties, the Nokia C1 Plus has a single camera of 5MP on both front and back.
Backed by a 2500mAh battery, the Nokia C1 Plus offers a 3.5mm headphone jack, offers nano-SIM card support with variability in dual and single SIM models.
Measuring 149.1×71.2×8.75 mm and weighing 146 grams, the smartphone offers Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer (G-sensor).
