NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker OnePlus has launched its flagship smartphone OnePlus 8T in India. Successor to the OnePlus 8, the smartphone comes with a Fluid AMOLED display and is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor.
Price and availability
OnePlus 8T comes in two variants — 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage priced at Rs 42,999 and Rs 45,999 respectively. The smartphone will be available online on Amazon and OnePlus.in starting October 16. The customers will also be able to purchase the device offline from OnePlus Experience stores.
OnePlus 8T specifications
The OnePlus 8T comes with a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The smartphone is powered by the high-end octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with Adreno 650 GPU.
OnePlus 8T comes in two variants — 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The dual SIM smartphone is first from the company to come with Android 11 out-of-the-box topped with OxygenOS 11. The handset comes with dual SIM functionality and has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The OnePlus 8T sports a quad-rear camera setup which comprises a 48MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 16MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP macro camera and 2MP depth sensor. The front is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.45 aperture. The handset is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 65W Warp Charge fast charging support. The smartphone also consists of dual stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos.
