Former Xiaomi sub-brand Poco has already confirmed that it is soon going to launch the rival of the OnePlus Nord soon as Poco’s product marketing manager Angus Kai Ho Ng hinted on Twitter about the same, earlier this month.
Now, he has again taken to Twitter to post an image that hints that the handset will boast of a high refresh rate, which several online reports are pointing out to be 120Hz.
Previous rumours have suggested that this handset is going to come powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor. Even though the battery capacity is not speculated yet but it is said to be accompanied with a 33W fast charging. In the camera department, only the primary camera is being alleged and is said to be a 64MP sensor.
Currently, there is no information on a name of the handset or an expected timeline for the launch. Nevertheless, since India was a big launch market for the OnePlus Nord, this upcoming Poco smartphone is also completely expected to be launched in India.
Just for context, the Oneplus Nord has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 24,999, however, this base variant offering 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage will be available in September. The other two variants offering 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB + 256GB storage are priced at Rs 27,999 and Rs 29,999 respectively. This handset comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, offers a 48MP primary rear camera and offers a 30T fast charging support.
