NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Realme launched its entry-level smartphone Realme C15 in India in July this year. Now it is expected that the company might launch the Realme C15 Qualcomm Edition. Presently, Realme C15 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor. However, as reported by GizChina, the company might soon launch the Realme C15 with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
The report also adds that the smartphone will come with Power Blue and Power Silver colour options. The smartphone will come in two variants — 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
Realme C15 specifications
Realme C15 features a 6.52-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ on top. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor paired with 3GB/4GB of RAM.
The smartphone comes with 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by installing a micro SD card. The Realme C15 runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own Realm UI.
The Realme C15 sports a quad-camera setup with 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, PDAF, 8MP 119° ultra-wide camera with f/2.25 aperture, 2MP retro sensor and 2MP mono camera with f/2.4 aperture. The smartphone comes with an 8MP front camera for selfies. The Realme C15 is backed by a 6000mAh battery with 18W charging support.
Recently, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth hinted towards the India launch of X7 and X7 Pro smartphones. Sheth recently posted a question on Twitter asking users whether they want Realme X7 and X7 Pro smartphones in India. This suggests that the company might soon launch the phones in India. Realme has already launched the Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro in China last month. Both the smartphones come with 65W flash charge support.
