According to online reports, South Korean tech giant LG is soon going to launch a ‘Wing’ phone that has a rotating front screen that swivels horizontally the main display making it open in a ’T’ shape.
A report by XDA Developers claims that LG has plans to launch the Wing phone in the US at approximately $1,000, which is much less than the alleged price ₩1,900,000 (approximately $1,600) that it is said to be launching in its home country.

Ahead of the launch, the LG Wing handset has already been seen in a couple of videos. The first video, shared by Android Authority, showed the device being placed on a car mobile holder where the device is being used to both navigate and play music at the same time on different screens. Following this, another video by the same publication showed a user playing a game along with navigating on the other screen.
None of the videos show the mechanism of the dual screen phone here since the handset is said to be launching this fall, it won’t have to be too long before we see the device.
In terms of specs, rumours suggest that the handset may come with a 6.8-inch main display and a 4-inch secondary display. This dual screen phone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 700 series processor with 5G capability, ie, Snapdragon 765 SoC and offer a 64MP triple camera setup on the back.
